Back in June I had the opportunity to hang out with a bunch of photographers and snap some pretty pictures. I had been feeling in a creative slump and so when I decided I needed to go out and shoot something that really didn’t matter to anyone. Then one day I was on Facebook and a photographer from Texas that I’m friends with was coming to Utah and was putting together a children’s photo-shoot. I decided to join in…just because I needed something creative and I didn’t have to do any work.

So I did…..I felt so dumb when I arrived and opened my camera bag and noticed I didn’t bring any of my lenses but one lens I never shoot with. So I was like “okay….get creative”. I was pushed outside my box..and made it work.
