As you know I photograph A LOT of dancers, but I don’t photograph as many cheerleaders as I do dancers.  But I was a cheerleader, so it was so much fun when Hunter High School contacted me to photograph their cheer team.   There is just something about cheerleaders that makes you happy.   Since they have a very large squad I needed a location that would work for us.  So we chose Wheeler Farm, just outside of Salt Lake City.  It’s a great location because it has so many different options.  However, I like this location because it’s centrally located and there are so many spots that don’t look like the forest and we don’t even have to go far.  LOVE THAT.

We had a great morning with this giant team!  I look forward to photographing more cheer teams in the future.
