The day of Ivie’s shoot it was SO cold and I felt so bad for her. She was trying so hard to be brave and strong, but at one point she couldn’t help it and a single tear fell from her eye. I felt horrible. We quickly wrapped up our session after the tear fell. Other than the tear she had such a adorable and happy personality. She would giggle and laugh and simply had a great attitude.
Now let’s have a chat about her hair for a second…isn’t it fantastic? I adore natural curly hair! Her little curly q’s stole my heart. And what about that dress? Isn’t it so sweet? It has the sweetest look…it reminds me of a little pioneer girl, but not. I love the flowers and the bee’s. After all, Utah is the beehive state! This dress totally inspired where I wanted to photograph it at. In Salt Lake there is a old pioneer village and state park, This is The Place State Park. I knew this would be the perfect location. And it was.
I love everytime I get to photograph Ivie.
